Clive Christian is one of England's most famous niche perfume companies. Their products are renowned for their superior quality, boutique marketing policy, and price.
I worked with their creative director and brand manager to create 4 illustrations for their newly launched product - Amberwood and Blonde Amber. We collaborated closely through Figma by sharing thoughts, and reference images and got great final results.
I used Cinema 4D to create the overall perspective and the perfume bottle and detailed it with Procreate, and Adobe Illustrator. The overall theme was 1920’s Art Deco and the client wanted to focus on the warm and romantic atmosphere.
Sketching and The overall mood
We discussed the perspective and decided to go with 1 or 2 isometric and 2 front view. For the overall mood, the client wanted to see 1920s’ Art Deco style cityscape with warm color palette.
4 Final Illustrations
Based on the above sketching, mood illustrations, we ended up with below 4 final illustrations. The border pattern came from the client’s actual packaging design.
